We had a fantastic stay in Passo del Tonale. The hotel was very clean and the staff provided excellent service. The hotel's location was great as it was a short walk to the ski deposit and lifts. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. The breakfast and four-course dinner served in the restaurant were delicious and offered at a great price.

The hotel provided excellent communication prior to our arrival, giving us recommendations on ski school, ski hire, and general information that was very helpful for our new year ski holiday. The location of the hotel was great, just a short 5-minute walk to the slopes, making it convenient for us to access the ski area.- The hotel offered storage options for our ski equipment, which saved us from carrying our gear to and from the slopes every day.
While the staff worked hard and provided good service, we felt that breakfast could have had more fruit options. However, when we requested it, the staff was willing to bring us some.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance to all the major tourist attractions, so we didn't have to spend money on transportation. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they provided us with a map and some recommendations for places to visit. the room was also very clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the window.
The breakfast options were a bit limited and repetitive. We stayed for four nights and by the third day we were already tired of the same options.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
